The holy, glorious and all-laudable Apostle Aristarchus (also Aristarchos) of the Seventy was chosen by Jesus Christ to preach the good news contained in the Gospel. St. Aristarchus is commemorated with the Seventy on January 4, on April 14 or 15 with Ss. Pudens and Trophimus, and on September 27 together with Ss. Mark and Zenas.

O holy apostle Aristarchus, entreat the Merciful God that He may grant the remission of sins to our souls.
Kondak
As a most bright star the church hath for ever acquired thee, O apostle Aristarchus, being enlightened with the grant of a multitude of thy miracles wherefore we call unto Christ: Save, O Greatly-merciful, those who in faith honour the memory of Thine apostle.
